What is a Preview Experience?
The Preview Experience is a promotional presentation tour of the “Legacy Vip Club powered by Carnival®” vacation membership program. This program, supported by an exclusive partnership with Carnival® Cruise Lines, provides its members with a variety of vacation travel, resort and leisure lifestyle opportunities throughout the world. The Preview Experience is offered to qualified guests who are provided a robust selection of promotional travel and entertainment incentives in exchange for attending the presentation tour.
How can I confirm or change my attendance of my Preview Experience?

If I attend a Preview Experience is there a purchase requirement?
Our Preview Experiences do not require any purchase! You simply attend the welcome presentation where you will be given an opportunity to learn more about the membership program along with the many benefits and value of being a member. You will have absolutely the final say regarding membership consideration without any kind of commitment.
How much time does a Preview Experience last?
The typical preview experience presentation lasts approximately 90-minutes.
How long until I get my account logins?
Your Interval International account logins will be emailed to after 30 business days.
Can my family use my membership?
Yes. You can add up to four family members or friends during enrollment at no extra cost.
What is the process for removal or addition of a person to my membership?
You must send a letter signed by both (member and your friend/family) saying you agree to add /remove this person. This letter must be notarized. A copy of both sides of the ID of the person is also mandatory.

Do I have Interval Platinum?
Yes! As a Legacy Vip Club member, you automatically receive Interval Platinum the highest tier of membership giving you access to exclusive Platinum level benefits including Priority Getaway viewing, complimentary airport lounge access via Priority Pass™, Platinum Escapes, and more.
How can I use my Interval Exchange Week?
First contact Interval International, select your week, pay the exchange fee, and then call your member service representative to pay the deposit. You may upgrade your room size through Interval if available.
What are Interval Getaway Weeks?
These are additional discounted weeks available for short-notice travel, typically up to 45 days in advance, and are subject to availability.
Can I stay at all-inclusive resorts using my Exchange Week?
Yes. If you select an all-inclusive resort, you must pay the additional all-inclusive fee set by the resort.
What is my all-inclusive resort collection discount?
You receive 25%-50% off all-inclusive rates at participating resort, based on availability and travel dates.
What is The Club at Maingate benefit?
Located in Orlando, FL, The Club at Maingate provides resort-style amenities near theme parks. Usage fees range from $225–$699 depending on unit size and season. Midweek and split-week options are available.
How much advance notice must I provide for reservations?
We recommend you book at least 30 days in advance. Please remember there are seasons with high demand, so the earlier you book the better.
How much discount will I receive on my Carnival Cruise bookings?
You’ll receive 10-50% off based on the cruise, season, and cabin type through the Cruzy+ program.
