I’ve had some great trips through Legacy Vip Club, especially the resort in Cancun – that was definitely a highlight. But I do think some parts of the process could be clearer. It took a while to get my login info and the booking system isn’t super intuitive. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, but I wish it had been smoother from the start.

Overall, really happy with my membership so far. The selection of resorts is solid – we stayed at Hacienda Tres Rios and loved the eco-friendly vibe. The discounts on cruises are a great perk too. I’m giving four stars instead of five because it took a couple of follow-ups to finalize a reservation, but once we were booked, everything went perfectly. Would definitely recommend if you like to travel often!
